My two cents: he mispelled some words intentionally because there are anagrams hidden in his letters, ex. "THE BEST SATERICAL COMIDY" hides the words SERIAL and HOMICYDE, try to play with anagrams...

As a dyslexic person I see his/her/their misspelling in my own writings. As noted, "Z"'s punctuation and syntax is for the most part, correct. I have not heard much about run on sentences.
